The resumption of the video is because the player was X time (DELAYED ABORT) without requesting a new block of the video, then the cache aborts the download. This plugin was placed 180/2 would be the time it would take the player from youtube to request a new block, this is a feature of the player, if you have problems with that try to increase the time or disable DELAYED ABORT and set the threshold for Activation 0% for not giving error, at the expense of spending more and staying banda downloading videos aborted, in which case the control does Speedr automatically aborted (see Control QoS).
